WELCOME

Our Vision

Our Vision is to create a space in which all people can participate in their healing – mind, body and spirit – and are empowered to engage in their own health and wellness to live life to the fullest.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to create an environment where practitioners focus on wellness, healing, and treating the whole person.

Our approach to healthcare is guided by Integrated Wellness, which utilizes both the wisdom of Eastern medicine practice and the latest technological advances of Western Medicine.

We embody a model of health that provides a whole-person approach to comprehensive physical health, mental health and wellness.

What does Integrated Wellness really mean?

It is a holistic approach to health and wellness that considers the mind and body as connected and aims to treat the whole person.  It combines conventional and complementary approaches to care, and can include practices like:  Herbs and supplements, meditation, wellness coaching, acupuncture, massage, movement, nutrition, etc.

Integrative wellness is often used to treat chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, depression, and stress.  It can help people change their behaviors and adopt healthy lifestyles, such as: physical activity, healthy eating, managing stress, and sleeping well.

Integrative wellness approaches are becoming more common in health and medical settings.

Patient

I met with Stacy Konyar today for a wellness visit. The office is very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile. Stacy took her time to understand my background as well as my current health concerns. I appreciated Stacy talking me through the things I should currently think about health-wise considering my age etc… I definitely recommend Healing Hands Integrated Wellness and Primary Care!
